Mage Knights

Reed and Thyme are troublemakers and the only two  students of Archmage Barberry, a crotchety old Wizard set in his ways who is training them to be Mage Knights, magical protectors of the throne.

Barberry’s rival, Archmage Mugwort, has drawn more students to his lessons in which he teaches the newer magical art of Sorcery, and believes Barberry’s time at the palace is over. Reed and Thyme must come through and prove their worth as future palace Mages to the king.

Although it is a one-shot short story comic I may return to this concept and these characters in the  future.
